The pace of biometric payment technologies continues to quicken and along with it the opportunities to provide a smarter Customer Experience (CX).  Whether, like KFC, it's facial recognition or instead Retail and/or Hospitality providers choosing alternate biometric identification technologies (such as Hitachi's Finger Vein), the charge is towards making the payment transaction faster, simpler, more secure and critically, part of the data collection mechanism used to collate information relating to customer preferences.
