About Me

With close to two decades of experience in the field of Data Insights and Analytics, Suranjan leads IMGROUP's Financial Services Consulting practice.

Suranjan has worked with a number of Tier 1 banking clients, applying IMGROUP’s data management best practices in the area of Finance and Risk Warehousing, Management and Reporting, Reference Data Management, Pricing and Regulatory Reporting. 

Suranjan has been providing Architectural and Process oversight in the areas of cross-asset RWA, counterparty risk (including CVA/FVA), BASEL III process optimisation, BCBS 239, LCR, CCAR and CRD IV.

In the past, Suranjan has worked with some of the leading organisations in the European TV and Advertising industry and has an in-depth knowledge of audience analytics, asset ROI, advertising effectiveness and digital asset management. Outside work, Suranjan is also on the Governing Body of England’s top primary school and is a trustee for several socio-cultural charities in the UK. 

Outside of work, he enjoys singing, playing the piano and producing computer music.

IMGROUP, part of Hitachi Consulting, has been providing advanced information management process and technology skills to some of the largest names in the Financial Services space including: Citi, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Societe Generale, Nomura and Nationwide; as well as some of the largest biggest media houses in the Europe including: BSkyB, ITV, five, Turner Broadcasting, MTV and WPP.
